To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original product and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.
For COD orders, please share your bank account details along with a cancelled cheque copy at support@womenmarks.com to process the refund.
